Press seals

This system allows for the sealing of pipes and cables in existing walls using pre-drilled core holes or cast-in wall sleeves. The system includes the following components:

• HRD SG – Standard rubber sealing inserts with a lamellar rubber lip system, allowing for the sealing of cables in various diameter ranges and quantities. The inserts are made in a split version, which allows for installation on already installed cables. They provide water and gas tightness up to 2.5 bar.

• HRD Professional – Custom-made rubber sealing inserts manufactured to individual customer specifications. Available in two versions with rubber thicknesses of 30 mm and 60 mm. The sealing performance is 2.5 bar for 30 mm inserts and 5 bar for 60 mm inserts.

• HSD – Standard rubber sealing inserts for sealing smooth protective conduits such as PE, SRS, PVC, etc. They provide water and gas tightness in the range of 1 to 5 bar, depending on the selected variant. Available with various sealing rubber types: EPDM, NBR, KTW. EPDM and KTW are certified for use in drinking water installations.

• WRD – Standard sealing sets for sealing corrugated pipes such as DVK, DVR, etc. The WRD sealing set includes steel stabilization rings tailored to the corrugated pipe profile. These rings reinforce the pipe, protect it from damage, and ensure a suitable sealing surface. Water and gas tightness for WRD sets is up to 0.5 bar.
